Working with Mark Brewer has been an unbelievably positive experience. We would highly recommend Mark to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. Mark is someone who genuinely cares for his clients and has a lot of pride in the service he offers. Mark helped us to find a home when we relocated from Canada to Kansas and then sell our house when it came time to move back to Canada. Mark is a hard working, responsive and knowledgeable individual who functions more as a solution service rather than a transactional sales agent. Mark’s background before getting into real estate allowed for him to develop skills that help each buyer/seller maximize their experience with regards to real estate. When we first moved to Kansas and were looking to buy our home, Mark sat down with us and went through each of the neighborhoods to explain what advantage/disadvantage each location had. He understood that our objective was to invest in something that provide a good return in the 3 years that we were contracted to be in Kansas. He guided us on each visit, providing his feedback until we found a beautiful fixer upper in Leawood. He then proceeded to help us find a contractor and went through the entire home renovations with us even though he had made the sale. Mark is the type of person that invests in each relationship that he develops with his clients. It’s not about just making the sale, it’s about ensuring that each of his clients have the best possible experience. When it came time to sell our house, Mark understood that we were moving to a city where housing was very expensive especially when compared to Kansas. He pushed the envelope and was able to sell our house by over $130K more than comparables in the same neighborhood. He is skilled at negotiation and is adept at being able to communicate the key selling points and the value that each specific house has to offer.
