If I could give more than five stars, I would, because Mark is truly a phenomenal real estate agent. In our case, Mark was a key reason we were able to acquire our new home. In addition, Mark was honest, real and of great guidance. Mark would steer us away from properties he didn't think were up to snuff and would point out flaws we didn't even see. All in all, Mark has a lot of integrity, and was always responsive and diligent. As we continued searching for our home we at one time lost focus and Mark was there during our journey to help us refocus on what we had set out to buy and our reasons for it. Mark on several occasions was reachable well past the usual business hours, meticulous with paper work and letting us know upfront on expected steps toward acquiring our home. I wouldn't recommend anyone else looking to buy real estate, Mark is the best of the best.

Mark sold my home in about 5 weeks. Now, I hate paying all that money; I think it's too much. Having said that, Mark did everything needed to deal with a difficult buyer and close the deal in a very timely manner. I got the best price for my home on the block- near identical homes- highest price. In conclusion, he did exactly what I contracted him to do, Also, he was a pleasure to deal with, in a situation that could have turned much more nasty for any number of reasons. Thank you Mark!
