Mark was most helpful in selling the old house. He helped me get what I wanted in a new house. He exercised great patience with me in the decision making process. He helped my son find the people needed to clear up some issues and find the inspectors needed for buying the new house. He made sure I had the time to pack up the house I'd lived in for 40 years. He even checked back with me after the move to be certain that I was happy with the way things went. I would use his services again.
Mark and I connected, but did no business
Scumbag. Refuses to work with realtors outside of Coldwell Banker. Have been fighting with this guy for 2 months over a house purchase. If you are selling, avoid this man like the plague. Has the seller making repairs we did not ask for from a sketchy company known as "Real Estate Roofing Inc." If you have any doubts about my claims search this piece of trash on yelp. Super motivated if you are buying from him (will only show you Coldwell Banker properties) but a problem maker if you are trying to sell. Will actively prevent non Coldwell Banker realtors and their buyers from purchasing your property. Extremely unethical.
