We made a last minute decision to move and Mark helped us every step of the way, from advising us to rent, sell or buy to preparing our home to sell to determining the best listing price. Mark came over several times while we prepped for the open house and even picked up a brush to help with some minor repairs! He knows the market, does his research and is thoughtful and honest, never pushing us to make a decision we weren't comfortable with. On the day of our open house, my father was in a terrible accident. With any other realtor I would have been in a panic, but Mark rolled with the punches and kept everything under control while I rushed to the hospital in another state. Working with Mark was the best decision we ever made when buying our home. We were actually working with another realtor when I ran into Mark; I overheard him working with another couple in the Weichert office, and knew I First off, he provides a comprehensive guide to the buying process and a list of recommended contacts (attorney, mortgage advisor, etc) which really helped to demystify and break down what initially seemed like a very intimidating process. Its hard to find a good agent, one that is a great negotiator, honest, and has the client's (your) best interest always the first priority. Mark Finne is all of those things, and that is why I am taking the time to write this review. My experience with Mark Finne was a delight. He is straight forward, honest, and not pushy.
