Great Agent - excellent negotiotation skills

con man dont trust him. you have been warned

this is an untrustworthy con man that gives realtors a terrible name. he will not treat you like a client and he will not perform his duty with your best interest in mind only his own. in my opinion, if you’re reading this considering hiring him as an agent, you’d be better off with a newer, less experienced but honest and eager agent who treats you right then you are with one that knows what he’s doing, knows the law and knows how to treat you poorly. Plus his rate is ridiculous.
