Mark, Sydney Anne, & Anna really went above and beyond in helping us get our house. They were great communicators and did an excellent job working on our behalf to negotiate the final contract and work with all parties involved. We felt like they really cared about us, listened to our specific needs, and worked to make sure we were happy with the experience. Mark, Sydney Anne, Anna and the team were the absolute best realtors we have ever worked with. We are moving to the Houston area on very short notice for business reasons and had what was we thought untenable demands to specify, search, locate, tour and select a new home (in Pearland). Mark had located this for us and it was perfect. All of this was in less than four days after we contacted him. We closed immediately after the ten day waiting period, after Mark negotiated a great price for us, well below the asking price. He also wrote some very great concessions from the Seller in to the contract and assured that everything was taken care to our benefit, as well noting some standard things in the Texas contract (Home Warranty, HOA fee compensation, and other items) the we were not aware of nor noticed. Mark assured that we received everything that we were due, and then some. For a very demanding and rushed schedule (less than three weeks of learning of the business transfer for my executive wife) to closing on this new beautiful home was is truly outstanding service. Add the fact that Mark and Sydney Anne dedicated so many full days to us with only a few days notice makes the Fuller team a huge cut above all others!

Mark walked us through the process of a first time home purchase. Obviously this can involve some "hand-holding" that some realtors may loath, but Mark did it with tact, thoughtfulness, and joy. You can tell he takes pleasure in every part of what he does. This is why he gets our 5 star rating, and will have our business for years to come.
