Be very careful who you choose to work with... not all Real Estate Agents are created equal. Recently I was pulled over on I-95 for speeding, the officer came to my car window and asked me for my real estate license, I said "don't you mean my drivers license?" He replied; "not everyone in Florida has a drivers license!" It's funny but it's so true. 45 hours of schooling, $650, pass a test a high-five and your a real estate agent in Florida...handling your clients largest asset and investment. It takes 5 times the effort to become licensed to cut hair in Florida!
