I am a second generation Realtor! My Father was a Realtor for 36 years. I have been exposed to Real Estate most of my life! I have been practicing Real Estate for 26 years. I am Licensed in 4 States. Iowa, Nebraska, South Dakota and Nevada. I started my Real Estate Career in Nevada. I have acquired my GRI = Graduate of Real Estate Designation, my ABR = Accredit Buyers Representative and CRS = Certified Real Estate Specialist. I was the President of the CRS for the State of Nevada in 2003. I have served on many committees representing Real Estate in different capacities. I specialize in Residential, Commercial, Multi-Family, Land, there is not much that I have not done! I have helped many first time home Buyers and Represented many Sellers in getting their homes Sold. I know a lot about Lending Practices as well! If there is something I do not know, I will find out.
