I received my real estate license in 2002 and for a time held an appraisers license as well. Along with a background in residential construction housing has been part of my business for the better part of my adult working years. Using this knowledge and experience I personally did over 1200 broker price opinions for clients such as Freddie Mac, Chase, and the VA during the mortgage meltdown. As a Realtor and auctioneer I have sold real estate ( both at auction and conventional real estate) in excess of several million dollars. I provide straight forward service for my clients with an emphasis on the ethics of agency. I am passionate about my work whether it's as a realtor or in the auction ring.
