Mark was awesome!!! This was my first home purchase and off the bat I knew I was in good hands. Mark was readily available for my questions (and for a first time buyer, they're allot! Professionalism was there ALWAYS!! I had issues with the Loan Officer who I felt put undue stress on the process, I explained this to Mark, who in turn had a conversation with the Loan Officer and from that time until closing- NO issues- complete clarity. I ended up purchasing a remodeled home 2 houses down from where I grew up- for me a dream scenario! This wouldn't have happened with any other realtor, I'm positive of that.. Top notch Negotiator!! What more can I say.. Well after closing Mark did have a couple of name of handy men that may be useful on my first home purchase. This now being the 7th year of homeownership for me, Mark and what he did for me will always bring smile to my face, and a softness to my heart forever.. A wonderful experience from start to finish. MARK IS THE BEST!!!
