Mark Heyde

Mark has been actively involved in real estate since 2001. He began his real estate career by buying, renovating and selling historic homes in his hometown of St. Louis, MO. In 2003, Mark developed his first subdivision and began building new homes. To date, he has developed 2 subdivisions and built 25 homes. Mark has been a licensed real estate broker since 2004. In addition to helping many clients buy and sell their homes, Mark has completed many commercial transactions as both an agent and a principal. He has several years of experience with apartments, office, industrial and retail properties. As an active investor, he has managed his own properties, as well as his clients’ properties for several years. Mark has a BA in Zoology from Miami University, an MBA from the University of Missouri and proudly served as a non-commissioned officer in the United States Army for three years. Mark was Leadville’s #1 new agent in 2016. When he is not working, you may find Mark hiking local trails, fishing, skiing, exploring or trying new winter sports.
