Mark was a huge asset when it came time to buying my first home. He literally broke down the entire process step-by-step into something that was very easy to understand. He literally took care of everything that needed to be done for me from finding the home, correspondence with the lender, scheduling inspections, negotiating closing costs, and making sure everything got done on schedule. For someone who works over 50 hours a week this was a huge relief to me. He even negotiated 6k in paid closing costs from the seller for me! Please, Please call him if you are looking to buy or sell. Mark was my realtor when buying my first home. I interviewed several realtors before getting started and Mark was the only one who had a packet waiting for me with first time home buyer tips and he had already started to look at what houses were available. Once I choose Mark to be my realtor he would send me listings daily and was available whenever I needed him. He was friendly the entire way and was very helpful in answering any questions I had. We went looking for houses right away and one day when I saw an open house he went with me even though we did not have plans to meet that day. He was honest about when he was available and would always follow through when he said he would. He even went looking for houses with me on Mother's Day. He was able to write up a fair contract and ultimately put me in a house that I loved.
