He is very humble and polite and along with real state market, he has in-depth knowledge of construction side as well. This highly helped me narrowing down the property that I want to put offer for. The property market in Colorado Springs at present is pretty hot and his deeper insight in this market helped me in putting right offer and get into contract for the property I wanted.
