I've resided in the Lehigh Valley my entire life and graduated from Whitehall High School in 1984. I continued my education at Bloomsburg University where I earned a BS degree in Marketing & Management. I've resided for the past 24 years in Upper Macungie Township with my family. I have been a top producing licensed Realtor in the Lehigh Valley since 1999 and also hold my Real Estate Brokers license. From 2006 through 2013 I owned and operated my own Real Estate firm, Power Realty, located in Whitehall Township where I managed 28 agents. Our firm specialized in representing Buyers and Sellers in selling, purchasing and renting residential real estate, as well as new construction. In late 2013 Power Realty teamed up with Re/max Unlimited Real Estate where I created The Mark Molchany Group, consisting of my Buyer''''s agent, Sally Wildman and Lorrie Molchany, our Transaction Coordinator and Marketing Manager.
