Mark Pennucci

I attempted to view an apartment owned by Mark Pennucci. Before arriving, I asked some questions that would help asses whether it would be a good fit, explaining that if I did not wish to waste his or my time. He refused to provide an answer. When I asked for the address to the viewing, he ignored me. Then, when I did not show up to the unit (for which I never received an address) he began sending me insulting emails, calling me names and telling me I would never find a rental because I “don’t show up to appointments.” He strikes me as a slumlord and a misogynist and I look forward to investigating his inappropriate behavior further. It should also be noted that, after ignoring my questions, he refused to stop sending me offensive emails once I did not do what he wanted. Overall it felt like a shady and dangerous situation and I’m glad as a single woman that I never showed up to be alone with him in that unit.
