It took over a year, but Mark stayed with me until I found the home that was perfect for me. Mark was able to quickly provide comparative sales in the area to help determine the market value which allowed me to make reasonable offers. Both my lender and the title company said Mark was one of the best agents they had ever worked with. He always made sure his part was done and continually followed up with the other parties until the closing was complete. I would highly recommend Mark if you are in need of a real estate agent.

Mark is our rental agent. He has found good tenants and provided services to repair minor issues when needed. He does a good job providing these services and I will use him for additional properties if and when we purchase them.
