We believe that this was key for us to have received a contract on our home so soon after listing it for sale. All phone calls were either taken immediatly or returned very quickly. Any questions or concerns that we had were always answered or explained in a manner that we could understand. Whether buying or selling a home we would definitely recommend The Ramey Group every time. The Ramey Group has kept core values such as honesty and courtesy in the way they conduct business - something a lot of businesses have lost over the years. This is priceless and very refreshing.

May 13, 2013. Process was fast and efficient. Each step of the process was handled very professionally. Mark and his team were a plesure to work with. We had tried to sell our house before with a listing lasting over 400 days. During that time period we had 6 showings and no offers at all. Once Mark listed the home we had 4 showings the first week and a contract for the listed price within two weeks. Closing process was very informative with use of website that had all the information posted for review at all times. Closing was on date promised and went smoothly. All this took place within less than 60 days.

Mar 2, 2014. Mark Ramey helped us sell our Father's home after our Father had passed away. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. Most of all, Mark was very compassionate and understanding of our circumstances. He made the whole probate process so much easier on our family. Mark really knows the local market and trends. He knew how to market our home. We had over 8 offers in two days. You couldn't find a better person to handle the sale of your home!

May 21, 2014. I was referred to Mark by a friend who had also had to engage in the short sale process on a home. Mark worked closely with me to determine the appropriate price, list quickly and work with the initial buying realtor. When the initial buyer's offer was not approved, Mark found a buyer, and the property closed in 6 weeks. Mark and his team were professional, responsive, considerate, engaging and friendly. Dec 16, 2014. Mark and his team made only one promise to me. We will keep you in the loop on the progress being made with the bank on the Short Sale. They did just that. His team made sure I knew where things were, they responded quickly to my inquiries, and they closed on the sale after the first offer. I had tried with other realtors and companies for two plus years and never got this far this efficiently. His team is who you want on your side. They will go the extra mile for you.

All our questions were immediately answered. What impressed us more was his support staff in listing and closing the sell. Mar 27, 2015. Mark brought us a buyer who had the property surveyed and found the house was about 12 inches into an easement. The buyer backed out and Mark had an Open House the following day. This brought us another buyer who offered more and was willing to wait until the county approved the easement variance.While this approval took 4 months, Mark kept the buyer in the loop and kept their interest high.In addition, Mark's staff performed flawlessly and was knowledgeable from the beginning to the close.

Mar 31, 2015. WOW!! Couldn't have picked a better agent or team to use as my realtor! Amazing!! Was able to execute a closing in less than 30 days using Mark Ramey and his preferred lender Bruce Woodburn . Both their teams were so professional, knowledgeable,accommodating , and always available through this entire process. We know over 350 realtors and Mark is the one we chose. This was our 2nd purchase with Mark Ramey. Don't hesitate to call these Guys.

I called Mark on 05/18/2015, we got together at my Condo the next day.He taught me so much about other properties like mine in the area.I was so impressed that I listed my property with him the same evening.Mark or someone from his group was in contact with me on a daily basis.We had a contract on the property Friday 06/05/2015 and closed 06/09/2015.His group took care of everything for me.

We have been working with this group for months and they were with us every step of the way. The process started when we being out of state clients had to totally turn over a rental home we owned in the Deltona, Fl area. We thought we would be on our own to find the correct, trustworthy contractors to do repairs to our severely abused home. Not a chance.....Mark, Juliana, Victoria and the rest of the team jumped up to the plate and sent quality repair/maintenance contractors our way to handle the cleanup and repairs to our home. May 6, 2018. My brother and I worked with Mark Ramsey and his associates to sell our father's home in Florida. I live far away and I was not looking forward to the task.They made the process much easier and it went very smoothly . Mark met with us and explained the process from beginning to end and all of our options. After the home went on the market we got a reasonable offer very quickly and accepted it. Jan 9, 2019. Mark helped us sell our house in Clermont and we got 98% of the listing price which was near the top of the comps. The sale took less than two months from listing to closing. The area where Mark and his team really shine are prepping and photographing the house...the MLS listing really popped. Also, Mark has a well oiled machine in terms of his team with each person performing a specific duty and doing it well. Mark also did the little things like bringing us by pie during the Thanksgiving Holiday which made the customer experience better than most. He also does a good job of providing fair comps when setting the listing price.

Sep 25, 2019. Mark Ramey provided excellent market analysis to me on this property before I hired Keller Williams to help me sell it. No other realtor that was interested in assisting me in the sale went to this effort. I thought the analysis was sound and it saved me time, allowing me to make the decision to hire this firm. He went out of his way to assist me with advice on pricing, repairs, etc. that I could do to assist with the marketing effort. This firm pre-marketed this property, expediting the sale. This home was in an area that was not the most desirable. It was in Lockhart, adjacent to Pine Hills, near Orlando. We listed this property in the beginning of January 2019. We closed on the sale February 27, 2019. Overall, I was very satisfied with the process and the sale price. I appreciated Mark's efforts and would hire him again if I need to sell a property.
