Mark Sannita

I met Mark and Kelley in 2011 when I was looking for a rental house in the Aurora Area. Kelley was the only realtor who was willing to work with me because rentals don't bring in a lot of money for realtors. Little did she and Mark know I needed to sell my house in Shorewood, as well as, looking to buy a house in the near future - after getting rid of my existing house. Not only were they willing to work with me on finding a rental, Mark was honest with me about selling my house, and the fact that the market was better to put it out as a rental until the market got better. This route did not provide his team as much money as just having me list it, but again is shows you the type of professional Mark is. This house in Shorewood was also quite a commute for him, but he did it throughout the rental period of 4 years, and when I sold it this past year. Mark listed the house, ensured the house was cleaned, yard work kept up, and all things in place since I now live 6 hours away. There were issues that came up right when it was listed, that he and his team took care of immediately, and I couldn't have asked for better support (feeling helpless from being so far away). I bought (2013) and sold (2015) the next house in Sugar Grove through Mark (as I have moved several times with work), and both situations he was able to get me great deals, as well as, put my mind at ease with his team and those he recommended for closing and final inspections (since I was out of town for this as well). I guess I am trying to say, I could not have hand picked a better realtor, and I am so blessed to have had Kelley answer my request to go look for rentals in the area. Mark and his team are truly professionals, and care about their clients.
