Mark Skodzinsky

Mark holds a Broker and Associate Real Estate Broker license and is a member of both the Cortland and Ithaca Board of REALTORS®. Local to the area for over 20 years and with over a decade of experience in real estate- specializing in foreclosures and income properties- Mark possesses the knowledge and desire to provide an expert level of professional service. As owner and President of Ithacor and an income property owner himself, Mark has both experience in property management and rentals. Mark has practical experience in dealing with buying, selling, and servicing multi-unit properties. A graduate of SUNY Cortland with a Bachelors in Finance, his knowledge of both financial and real estate markets meet to provide a synergy rarely found in the industry. He is a true student of real estate. Along with his wife and teammate, Melissa Skodzinsky, Mark is the proud father of three beautiful daughters.
