Mark has helped us the the purchase and Sale of two homes. We came out ahead financially on both deals, and we got the price we were hoping for. Mark got our home sold in a timely manner, and we were able to avoid making mortgage payments on two homes at the same time, which was a big concern. Mark had multiple open houses and showings of our home. We had a steady stream of people coming through our previous home, until Mark found us a buyer that was willing to give us an offer for the amount of money that we wanted.
