Real estate has been part of my life since college and I truly admire all aspects of the business. Property management was my first introduction to real estate. It provided me the opportunity to understand the mechanics of how a real estate investment should function properly. From there I became a commercial underwriter for one of the largest real estate investment firms on the west coast.
