He was always responsive to my text messages and phone calls. He answered all of my questions, and kept me "in the know" throughout the process. He was eager to help in any way that he could. Not all realtors are willing to transport furniture from one location to another, clean gutters and fascia, tear up outdated carpet from a guest bathroom, and put large garbage items to the curb. Mark was so super helpful! There is no doubt that he will have your back no matter what. There were many times that if he didnt feel comfortable with a deal he would explain to us every reason why. This being our first time buying a home it was so nice to know that he was ALWAYS had our best interest in his mind. Not only did we find a home that was the absolute perfect fit, we had so much fun doing it! Mark made it such a pleasant experience.
