I specialize in representing my clients in the purchases and sales of single-family residences and income property within the cities of Jackson, Madison, Ridgeland, Brandon, Pearl, Clinton, Florence, Richland, Flowood, and Byram. I keep current of all transactions in these areas, and I'm also very knowledgeable of the local amenities. I also can help buyers with HUD and bank foreclosures as well as sellers and buyers on short sales. I'm a Jackson area native having been born and raised in the local area. My career has been centered in the business world which has enabled me to develop many contacts. My natural curiosity has led me to explore new areas and become familiar with all areas of the metro area including older homes, new construction, growth areas, upscale neighborhoods, and specialty developments.
