The HomeOwnership Company is awesome! We outgrew our Springville home and needed a larger home. We were shopping around for a mortgage and a real estate company to help us. We thought we had everything planned out, and then we found The HomeOwnership Company and they saved us THOUSANDS of dollars. Of the real estate agents we interviewed they were the best priced, on the new home we purchased they rebated us $3,800, and their mortgage blew away every other mortgage we got quotes on. Their mortgage fees were very low and their interest rate was the very best we could find. They were very professional and all I can say is this is a company that you have to use. We have already referred friends to them and they are also thrilled with The HomeOwnership Company.

This was the first home I had ever sold and I was disgusted by how much money these real estate companies charge to help sell homes. I wasnt totally sure how the process worked, so we had several companies come over and show us how they sold homes. We had one company wanting to charge us 8%, and as a favor, one would discount down to 5%, but the best company we found was also the least expensive. The HomeOwnership Company only charged us 4%. I also have to say they went above and beyond, as I was out of town for a month, and with my fathers permission, they did some repairs on my home that buyers were complaining about, and they never expected compensation for the repairs. I got home and was amazed with what they had done, and my home sold for more than I thought it would ever sell for. Thank you!!!
