Mark worked very hard to find us a home that fit our needs and actually exceeded our expectations. Our offer was 10% less than Mark suggested but it was accepted by seller. Everything proceeded exactly as Mark explained. We are very satisfied with the services he provided and so were 3 others we referred to him.
