From the start Marlana related to and understood my situation. She was caring, professional,attentive, and very knowledgeable. She was just not my realtor but she went beyond being there for me. I had just relocated here a few months ago and with her help I was able to purchase my first home in Florida. Her patience with all my nervousness in a new area was very comforting. I gained a new friendship as well as a home.

Marlana is one of the hardest working and most dedicated professionals that I know. We have had multiple interactions with her and her dedication and expertise is second to none. She always goes the extra mile, is very easy to connect with and we never had to wait long at all to get any questions answered or response from her. It is great to know that you have an advocate for you and it really takes the pressure off of having to know all of the ins and outs of a process and you can focus on what's most important to you and leave the rest up to her :). Marlana assisted us in selling our home via short sale. This was a complicated situation with many layers and took a lot of time and perseverance to navigate the entire situation and to get the home sold. Marlana worked hard at every stage in this process and even though there were many setbacks due to covid that were beyond her control, she never gave up and saw this to the end. Marlana's expertise, experience and knowledge of many different aspects of real estate were necessary in this situation and we were so happy to work with her.

She is a marvelous Realtor-do not go to anyone else for your real estate needs !!! I was the first and last viewer of my first home in St Pete, which I purchased September 2020 only 1 month after she showed me the home in August ! As a high-volume property insurance broker, I know closings almost never happen as quick, top-notch and efficient as mine did. I have also been privileged to work with Marlana in various purchase deals, handling the property insurance side-she is responsive, caring and most of all does right by her clients.
