Marlena helped my husband and I sell our home. She was very knowledgeable and answered all questions when asked. If she didn't have the answer right then, she found out and relayed back to us, as soon as she did. We had a buyer lined up for our home, who was without an agent, before working with her. I relayed her contact info. to our buyer, and she represented us both as a dual agent. It went as smooth as it possibly could.
