Marlene is AMAZING! She helped us buy and sell our first home and we couldn't have done it without her. She was there for us every step of the way since both buying & selling were new for us. She always gave us her undivided attention and help which made the process feel very seamless.We encountered some new Oakland ordinances as were closing on the sale of our home and Marlene took the reins and problem solved for us. It could have cost us thousands and thousands of dollars + closing delays but Marlene took the time to find multiple estimates and resolve the issue -- we were able to close on time and pay next to nothing.
