I was referred to Marsha by a trusted realtor and immediately knew why. Marsha is VERY knowledgeable in real estate and tells it like it is. She fights for her client’s rights and makes sure you’re protected. I wanted to put a bid in on a property that was still being completed (new construction) and Marsha had comps within 1-2 hours and the bid was sent! Thanks to her diligence and speed my offer was accepted within a day and now my family is moving into our new home!!
