To Whom it May Concern; My husband & I were looking for a home in the Chehalis, WA area. We were working with a realtor that his employer recommended who was someone different than Martha. She did an ok job but she was going on vacation. We were in immediate need of a home with very specific requirements such as being 15 minutes from the hospital. I found Martha Wrights Century 21 add and called her. She could meet our time constraints so we chose her. She showed me in person over 30 houses to find the right one. Once we found the one we wanted Martha was a master with the contract negotiations, Martha came up with a deal that was good for us and made the seller happy as well. Throughout this home buying process, she managed to find our dream property for an excellent price, especially in the current market situation. She knows Lewis County like the back of her hand. There is nothing that escapes Martha's attention when it comes to property for sale in this area. We found Martha to be a highly attentive agent, almost as if we were her only customers, although we know that was not the case. She returned all phone calls and emails the same day. We never felt neglected or unimportant. She is also highly personable with an engaging personality. Martha was honest about some changes that we needed to make in our offer to close with the buyers quickly, and her advice worked like a charm. My family went through Martha Wright at Century 21 Lund Realtors to buy our first home. In February 2010 we walked into Martha's office hoping to find a new home to rent. We had just found out that the one we were currently renting was unsafe and had to move quickly. It had always been my family's dream to own a home but we didn't think it was possible at the time. At first, when Martha said she could help us buy our home we didn't believe it, but with one call to Bank Of America, we were on our way to buying our first home. With mine and my husband credit not being too great we were in for the fight of our life but Martha Wright helped us through the whole process and when any other real estate agent would have given up, Martha stepped up to the plate and got things done. Martha went out of her way to make sure that everything was in order and that we were kept up to date on every detail no matter how big or small. Martha even stayed up late faxing papers and making sure everything was carefully taken care of. Even after we closed on the house Martha continued to make sure that we had everything we needed. Martha was truly amazing and I would recommend her to everybody who wants to buy a home. Martha will be our first choice when and if we ever decide to sell our home. Professionalism & Communication - Martha succeeded where other agents couldn't in securing my owner contract loan with the seller (on a cash-only listing) which was crucial for my purchase. Without Martha's in-depth real estate knowledge and experience combined with her impressively taking this deal - I'm quite that I would never have won this contract. Even more impressive is the fact that Martha placed business with me first (offer prep & submission) even when placed under tremendous personal pressure to leave work in order to address a personal family emergency that ironically occurred just as we were sitting down to prepare our offer. - Martha is hands down, the best realtor we've ever had! We've sold/purchased several homes over the years and had some bad, some good but none as perfect as Martha! She will stop everything to make sure you have her undivided attention when you call. She's always optimistic, honest, patient, kind and truly does care about her clients and gives 100% until it's all done! Trying to sell a big, beautiful home in a small town can be hard and takes a little more time than in bigger cities and without Martha's constant upbeat personality, it would have been easy to give up at times.
