We were very lucky to have Martin as our agent. He has worked with us for a long time as our needs and priorities kept changing as our priorities and ideas changed. On august 2015 I purchased my first multifamily with the assistant of Martin Bianchi. He made sure to calm my wife and I down, as we were now becoming landlords. We made a very sound investment due to his guidance. That investment placed my wife and I, in a position to purchase our second home. We decided to once again reach out to Martin. We searched and searched and when we felt like giving up, Martin reminded us why we were doing this. He is not only a realtor but a therapist hahaha. His patience is incredible and answer all of our questions and met all our needs. He is a professional and he knows a ton about the market and the structure of a home. As of August 2018 we have now purchase our second home and we are so happy. My daughter is going to great school system and we are happy for our next adventure. Martin did a great job working with us to get a house quickly. He responded to questions at all hours and worked with our schedule to see houses at night and on weekends, even as late as 10:00 one night. I also really appreciated his honesty around the houses we were looking at. His recommendation of a mortgage lender was also top notch! I made offers on multiple properties, and each time he worked hard to get them accepted ( and when they weren't it had nothing to do with Martin). until we finally went into contract, there were several unexpected complications but Martin worked through them all and we were able to close.
