I contacted Scott Guyor based on a recommendation from my brother. As a first time home buyer, it was a bit overwhelming considering how murky the financial and home purchasing process can be when you walk into it for the first time. When I contacted Scott, he was able to meet me on a Saturday and provide a consultation on what I can expect as far as process and breakdown of closing costs. Throughout the house search, my real estate agent Vicki Larmee was able to anticipate the type of houses I would like and get us in to try and see it as early as possible. During the closing process, I was handed off to work with their closing department. We were able to change the closing date from about 45 days to 30 days, which I was very happy about. The whole experience was pretty seamless and I am happy with the service I received.
