Very knowledgeable Easy to work with. Martin bent over backwards to accomodate us. We looked for over 6 mo. Martin handled the ups and downs of the sometimes emotional process extremely well. We bid on a home which ultimately fell through at inspection. Martin handled all the communications and coordination of the bid through inspection and cancellation of the contract while we were back North. He is very level headed and professional. Would recommend him highly.
