I have lived in the greater Houston area for almost 40 years. Prior to entering the real estate business, I was a building contractor. This experience sets me aside and above other agents, When meeting with homeowners wanting to sell their home, I give them insight into qualities of the "building" that may enhance the value of the property. When I am showing houses to prospective buyers, I help them look beyond the color of the carpet and how big the closets are to looking at the "building" that they are to make a substantial investment in.
