- Martin never responded to my request
Martin along with our listing agent, Toni Valentino, did an excellent job for the buyer! We were the seller. Their lack of performance & communication cost us an extra $700 in closing fees. FYI,the buyer would not have been responsible for the charges either if the agents had used the previous closing agent whom closed the transaction 2 years ago. Only cared about their commission which they were paid full with very little work. I would give Martin a 5 star rating if I was the buyer.
