Great agent. Sold my house in 3 days and I bought the 1st house he showed me. Need I say more? Super responsive to phone calls and emails. I was very impressed with his local knowledge as well as his knowledge of the real estate market from a political and national perspective.

Mr. Kaiser is, by far, the most knowledgable, best prepared, and quickest responding realtor I've ever dealt with. Once you've bought your home, there is no further reason to deal with your realtor, until you are ready to sell it, but Marty is the kind of professional I would feel comfortable calling and asking for adviceor help, any time. My wife and I feel that we have never dealt with anyone more friendly and helpful, in any field. We gave Marty five stars in every category, not to rate him highly across the board, but because as we considered each selection, five stars was the most accurate rating. Marty was very thorough in explaining how he arrived at the recommended sales price. Every appointment time was kept and all phone calls returned promptly. Quick sale in only 1 day. First deal fell through, but next offer was only 2 days later and we received the sales price we wanted with only a little bit of negotiating.
