Marty Miller

We did not have any experience with Marty Miller. It was his agency but we worked with an Associate Broker, Pam Bowers. After the initial conversations, she did not follow-through. We expected to see a sign on the property on a specific date and when we went by the property to view the sign it was not there. She always rushed the paperwork to us with deadlines that suited her, not ever discussing what was an appropriate timeline for us. We provided the name of a neighbor who was interested in the property; she contacted him and then acted as a Dual Agent but we felt she was much more interested in getting us to lower the price excessively than representing us fairly. Near the end of the negotiations, she didn't respond to the buyer’s request and we had to contact her to find out what was happening. At one point I asked for a return call, didn't get one in a timely fashion, and when I called the agency to talk with Marty Miller about her, she was actually in the business office there. It was a very unsatisfactory experience from start to finish.
