I have been a full-time, professional REALTOR® since 1990 specializing in the sale and marketing of residential properties in the Baltimore/Washington metropolitan area. I have extensive experience in all forms of residential real estate, from resales of single family homes and condominiums, to land acquisition, planning and building your dream home, to buying "distressed" properties including HUD and VA Homes, foreclosures, bank-owned properties (REO's), short-sales, probates and investment properties.
