Maruja Tosses

Maruja Tosses was such a great help! So kind and always easy to reach with questions and concerns.

Got really lucky getting connected to Mocha through an online service. She was helping us to find a new place to rent in the South OC region but we just weren't having any luck. But, with our struggles, she never gave up.She was always working, always encouraging and always pushing the owners to choose us as much as she could. She is bright and positive and hard working and a pleasure to work with. Both very professional and very personable. If you need to buy or rent and you want someone easy and enjoyable to work with that also works really hard for you, I can not recommend anyone more highly than her. ~gc

Maruja (Mocha) Tosses did an amazing job in helping us find the perfect home for our family. It was a challenge since we have a disabled daughter in a wheelchair and needed the right house for her to be mobile in. Mocha was very responsive to our phone calls, questions and status updates during the escrow process. Our home closed on Valentine's day and Mocha greeted us with the keys to our new home and Valentine balloons all around the house. she even had wine and a couple of glasses for use to celebrate with. Mocha has also helped to keep in contact with the former owners if we have any questions about the house and she even recommended a painter. I recommend Mocha to anyone who is in the market for a house and a place to call home.Thank you Mocha for all you have done.Joe and Susan

Mocha did a great job for us when other realtors wouldn't even respond. She was hard working and very pleasant to work with. I would definitely recommend her.
