Speaking from recent experience Marv is the type of person who will bend over backward for his clients. He is very educated in EVERY aspect of the house buying process. From making sure his client's credit scores are good enough to get approved for a mortgage all the way to the closing process he will fight for what his clients want and deserve. He will be honest and straight forward with his clients about the good and the bad qualities of a property.
