Marvin Byrne

When we started this process, we had a choice of two agents; a First Team agent in Yorba Linda, and the Byrne's. Both agents made serious, professional presentations, and in the end we chose Marvin and Elena to represent us. We have not regretted that choice for a second. From the very first day, Marvin and Elena have been professional, efficient, and helpful. In addition to selling our home in less than three weeks, they have always been available to answer a question, make a suggestion, or offer assistance, whether I call, text, or even drop in the office unannounced, which I have done on more than one occasion, as their office is only a block away from my house. In addition to the real estate nitty gritty, Marvin and Elena are really wonderful people, and they did a great job of making the move less stressful for us. We were on a very tight schedule, and there were times I thought we were not going to make it work, but they were always calm and reassuring, and it was helpful to know that someone had my back. I'll always appreciate that! We will enthusiastically Marvin and Elena, to Carol's co-workers as the Toyota relocation moves forward. In fact, it was a glowing recommendation from one of Carol's co-workers that Marvin and Elena had represented previously, that sealed the deal for us in selecting them. Marvin and Elena,I am writing this thank you note to you both with such great gratitude! You two are the dynamic duo! You Both went beyond the call of duty to get me into a home that I could afford and never pushed me to buy something I really did not want. You went way above and beyond to help me get to the right people to assist with paint, cabinet, flooring, and everything else that was needed. I really tried not to call Marvin but when I needed to you were very professional and always available. Elena, you have patience of a saint, if we clocked the amount of hours looking for a place I would be broke and you would have some pocket money for shopping I am sure.I appreciate you both and truly want to thank you so much! Without your help who knows where I would be living today.
