From the very start my wife and I were drawn to Mary's easy demeanor and approachability. Mary was well prepared in showing us comparables in our area and advising us what we could do to increase value in our property with respect to our available funds. We were able to easily devise a simple plan to have our home on the market within a few weeks. Once the house was on the market, Mary was was prompt and professional with all offers being made. Once an offer was accepted, Mary was there every step of the way, through inspections and escrow paperwork, getting documents sent to us via email using electronic signatures to expedite the process. This was an important factor that worked well in our circumstance as we were over 300 miles away during much of the process. I think this goes to show the ability of Mary and her team to utilize software and internet technology to enable long distance transactions to take place when needed.
