* BEST EXPERIENCE EVER *After firing several real estate agents I came across Mary at an open house. From our conversation I was able to tell she was honest and was there for the clients interest and not her own professional gains. We decided to have her be our agent and her service was above and beyond what I had experienced with other agents. She is reliable (she had surgery and even answered text and phone calls during her hospital stay), she actively looks for properties, she recommended a great mortgage company. We got approved for a conventional loan and not a FHA loan. This was super important to us because we had been denied a conventional mortgage loan just a few months earlier due to a short sale 4 years prior. We only gave 10% down not 20% as usually required by mortgage companies. She definitively knows about the real estate market, can recommend great resources and will give a 100% plus to assist you get into a home. We highly recommend her services. Best experience ever!
