MBA was a wonderful real estate professional to work with. Even though our house was not priced correctly and had to be reduced twice in a very short period of time, MBA worked tirelessly to make it right. Mary Beth sold my home in Wilmington in 2014. It had some problems and we handled them. The buyer is still there so far as I know and very pleased with her purchase. Mary Beth made it a point to keep the grounds clean, clear from debris and looking impecable most of the time. She had her man go out at least twice a week, rake leaves and spruce the place up which helped a great deal. All in all, if I was in that area, she is the Gal I would want to represent me.
