"My home buying experience with Mary Ellen Carta was absolutely outstanding. Mary Ellen made me feel at ease throughout the whole process which could be very overwhelming for a first time home buyer, especially when buying a short sale home. May Ellen was very pleasant, professional and communicative, always on top of things, and constantly called me to keep me informed of everything that was going on with the bank and the short sale process.I was truly expecting the short sale to take several months to complete, but was amazed at how diligent Mary Ellen was at keeping the bank on track and calling them repeatedly to keep things moving along.
