I had a rather complicated waterfront property sale that required significant repairs/upgrades, creating a subdivision and running the transaction through multiple trusts. Mary's expertise and guidance proved invaluable throughout the whole process. Her local knowledge was extremely helpful as was her professionalism and attention to all details. She also "talked me off the ledge" a few times when my frustrations got the best of me. I have bought and sold houses, commercial properties and land a few times in the past and Mary is by far the best realtor I have ever worked with.
