Working with Mary was a great experience! We were buyers from out-of-town and she was very accommodating to our needs. She is very knowledgeable and real estate savvy. She answered all of our questions and engaged in FaceTime tours of homes with us until we found a home that was a good fit for our family. She was honest and if she didn't know something she would work to find out the answer. We really enjoyed the way Mary handled the negotiations with the seller and was the buyer's advocate. In addition to all of that, when we needed to have someone check on our property until we could move there, Mary was more than accommodating and willing to help! ABSOLUTELY loved working with Mary....HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

When purchasing our first home, she took the time to explain the process end to end and guided us step by step as we closed on our new home (and she had the patience to answer all of my trivial and excessive questions! C'mon, I was a first time home buyer). As our family grew and we looked to purchase our "forever" home, there was no question as who was the right person to help us. Mary helped us juggle the difficult task of selling and buying a home simultaneously. She negotiated great deals on both fronts. We were more than thrilled with the profit and ease of selling our first home and had a seamless experience in purchasing and negotiating terms on our new home. If we ever move again (I made my wife promise this would be our 10 year home at LEAST, fingers crossed) I know exactly who to call. Mary was AMAZING! Every positive adjective in the world describes Marys service. She was so knowledgeable with my million questions and was always so punctual. I know for a fact that it is because of her that the seller chose us, since there were multiple offers. I would recommend her to anyone at any time. She is simply incredible!
