Mary Hamrick

Mary was so sweet and upbeat in our initial phone meeting and seemed to really care about our first home buying experience. We told her EXACTLY what we wanted, had our pre-approved loan and everything in order and she showed us homes that didn't come close to what we asked (out of the desired area,wrong type of home and out of our budget) and she became frustrated with us because she couldn't strong arm us. We began doing some legwork ourselves and the home we picked was actually one we found ourselves and asked her to show us. She also told us someone had already made an offer on that home so we would up ours...we found out later that there was no other offer. At that point we just wanted to be rid of her so we let it go. We would never work with her again or recommend her. The only positive from the experience was the closing attorney she suggested was outstanding.
