I make it a priority to stay informed about the Denver real estate market - pertinent statistics and trends, neighborhoods and communities, and issues that may affect buyers and sellers. I also make it a point to share my knowledge and educate my clients about the market because when they are armed with the knowledge, they have the power to make more informed real estate decisions. I work with all types of buyers and sellers - first-time, move-up, downsizing, relocating and investment. I help my clients with the purchase and sale of all types of properties - single family homes, condos, townhomes, multi-family properties and vacant land - throughout the metro area. The Realtor designation means I belong to a Board of Realtors (Aurora Board of Realtors) and subscribe to the National Association of Realtors Code of Ethics. There are real estate companies who practice in the Denver metro who are NOT board members and do not subscribe to this higher ethical standard for their clients or to the way they treat other real estate agents.
