Mary Robinson

Mary Robinson went above and beyond my expectations on my purchase of a short sale property. She knew the ins and outs of the short sale process. As in most short sales, the seller chose the title company and unfortunately, they did not know what they were doing. There were several issues that came up that the title company did not know how to handle nor wanted to handle. Mary immediately assessed the issue and took it upon herself, although it was the seller/sellers agent/title company that should have handled the issue, took documents that had a time is of the essence and had them recorded at the recorders office in Miami. She saved me time and attorneys fees. I might also mention, that she drove from Fort Lauderdale to Homestead to get the documents from the listing agent and then to Miami to file these documents. I truly believe if she was not my agent, I would have not closed on this home. I highly recommend her for any real estate needs. A true professional.
